Returns

Because our products are food items, we only accept returns for defective or damaged products. We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or ordering errors, whether the product is opened or unopened.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A short description of what happened
• Clear photos of the affected item(s) and the outer packaging

Once we have reviewed your message, we will get in touch with you to discuss the best way forward. Depending on the situation, we will either send replacement stock or process a refund manually.
